The exact news states........

The plaintiffs are to be issued 2m FREE trading common shares.
Plaintiffs have to exercise outstanding warrants which have been converted into 144,00 common shares valued at $1.50.
Plaintiffs agreed to use the shares to cover any short position(s) they may have maintained. Jones, I am not sure what FREE trading common shares mean or to exercise warrants or converted.
Maybe some help on defining these for the small dumb investor like me?
