I just checked Yahoo quotes. Up 6% at open. Where did you hear of the 250 layoff last I heard they were expanding the printer operation and hiring 500. I have that news reference posted on a previous message in this thread. You should easily find it since this thread is not very active. Anyway I would like to see the news article regarding the 250 layoff. The 45M charge is for the acquisition the siemens intranet unit I suppose. 45M does sound like a lot of money for that operation, I hope they know what they are doing and don't get burned in a big way on this deal. I wonder what kind of revenue they will get for their 45M.
