John Dorfman says that CPSS is one of the four most hated stocks in America, yet he expects it to outperform AOL, CSCO, SNRZ and ALI! bloomberg.com (the full story is too long to post) "The second most despised stock is Consumer Portfolio Services Inc., an Irvine, California, company that buys and sells automobile installment sales contracts. Only four analysts follow it, and two have negative ratings. This unglamorous company has a fairly decent growth record and sells at four times earnings."
