Frankly, at this point I am not sure what to think about this company. When you call I.R. they act as though you are bothering them. A couple of weeks ago when I asked about the audited financials that were supposed to be out July 1, I.R. said they should be back from the auditors the following day. Two days ago when I called the guy answered "hello" and after a significant pause I finally had to ask him for his name ( I wasn't sure if I was talking to I.R or some worker in the warehouse. After finally verifying that it was I.R., I was once again told the financials would be out any day now.

When I tried to explain that missed due dates are extremely important because investors perceive there may be a problem, the guy had the audacity to in essence say .... we don't care about investor perceptions. I suggested that the company may want to consider being concerned because in all likelihood that is why the stock is down 40%!

Needless to say I was totally underwhelmed and perturbed by the attitude of their I.R. guy.

Personally, I am going to give them a couple of weeks to get their act together. If at that time we still don't have audited financials, it will be hasta luego for this investor.
