Axion has developed proprietary technologies for fast distribution and display of large geographic data sets. Axion's mapping tools are designed to enhance the ability to efficiently store, display, distribute and transfrom geographic image data. Axion's solutions have been optimized for delivery over the Internet, intranets, and wireless communications where the software has been optimized for low bandwidth, slower processors and minimal system and memory requirements (i.e. Microsoft Windows CE applications).

OUTLOOK:
Initially Axion has concentrated on resource-based industries, government and military markets. Axion potential sales in these markets could exceed $50 million over the next four to five years. They are now exploring new markets in the utilities (telecommunications), agriculture and real estate sectors especially in respect to internet distribution of map and high resolution image data; plus development of associated applications (java). Initial revenues in this area may not be high, but the long term potential and exposure of the company could be excellent.
STOCK PRICE TARGET:
The company has a total of 10,014,741 shares issued (management holds 28.3%), of which 4,800,000 are in the public float. 2,800,000 shares are said to be owned by long term investors who probably would not consider selling before the stock is at a much higher level. This leaves about 2.000.000 shares that are freely traded. Axon is, we believe, highly undervalued at the current price (~ $0.8). New deals and partnerships have been announced in Juny and volume is slowly picking up, as more begin to see AXON's potential. Also AXON is already operating in the black. More news is 'expected' to come this week. short term 1.3 middle term 2.5 long term 5,0
