David;
Thanks for your "Warning" to me....Don't worry too much, though....
As for your attacks on Flodyie, why don't we just keep the discussion to the facts, and stop with the ad hominem attacks.
Netoy DID hire Samblis, this is a fact, and yes, this is what first clued me (and others) in to the fact the NTOY is most likely suspect.
Samblis is in very hot water at the SEC. Also a confirmed fact.
Netoy DID do a reverse-merge onto the OTCBB (also a confirmed fact), and my opinions on that are very clear. Reverse-mergers onto the OTCBB are a huge red flag.
Netoy's much anticipated ad in the WSJ of March 29, 1999, even gave out Steve Samblis's phone number encouraging people to call for info on the stock, and made great mention of the company's ticker. Facts. Now, my interpretation of these facts stems from the fact that legit companies DO NOT advertise their criminal IR firm. Legit companies advertise to create awareness of their products and/or services, NOT their stocks.
If you want to talk about these (and other) facts, great. If all you want to do is bash Flodyie for actually doing real due dilligence (not just believing Steve Samblis PR), may I suggest you take it private?
