Pioneer Services International Ltd. Welcomes New Senior Management
BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 26, 1998--Pioneer Services International Ltd. (OTC BB:PSVC) announced Thursday at a meeting of financial consultants and corporate advisors that new key senior management has been retained by the corporation.
"In an effort to properly position the company for expansion and operational demands of our new strategic business goals for the year 2000 and beyond it was essential to bring on board new and visionary senior management with proven track records to lead our company forward," explained Dr. Jerry Jacobson, chairman of Pioneer Services International Ltd.
With this is mind Pioneer Services International Ltd. is happy to announce that: Donald E. Kaplan, MBA, CPA and Dr. Frank A. Chaviano, MBA, PHD, have joined our senior management team.
Donald E. Kaplan will serve as vice-president, chief financial officer and treasurer of the company. Kaplan is a Certified Public Accountant with a BBA degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Kaplan has over 12 years experience in accounting, data management, and healthcare services. Kaplan has served as former director of Finance for Health America, and chief financial officer and comptroller for Amira Services Corp. and Care Florida (HMO).
Dr. Frank A. Chaviano will serve as senior vice president, chief operating officer and has as of Feb. 3, 1998, been elected to the board of directors of Pioneer Services International Ltd. Dr Chaviano holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) and Doctorate Degrees in Economics and Public Health. Dr. Chaviano brings to Pioneer Services over 15 years experience in healthcare services, development, acquisitions, FDA compliance and SEC regulatory affairs. Dr. Chaviano has served as former senior vice president of Integrated Health Services and Integracare Inc., director of Managed Care for Universal Health Services, senior vice president of American HealthCorp and founder and president of U.S. Medical Management. Dr. Chaviano was appointed in 1990 by the Governor and Secretary of Labor of Florida to the Vocational Rehabilitation Board.
