You should look at short interest for aug. The higher the short interest, the more bullish, the stock. The majority is usually wrong. increasing short interest is bullish, decreasing the reverse. Best to short a stock, not on list. Too bad we can't get daily reports. HMTT went up 50% on the july report. if you trade short int you do it close to report.
