Was talking w/ a re developer buddy in Naples, Fla today. He was explaining the banks new 'Shadow' inventory games. Seems they are pulling supply from the markets in attempt to improve / shift the supply/demand curve a bit.. Seems to be working.. so, I am treating this pop in housing as a temp event... and am expecting this 'shadow' inventory to only prolong the slump... His market is toast.. Some property in Naples falling in disrepair... who da thunk it... 45mts of +750K supply... wowzer Reopened a long position today in SRS... Not sure how to take Ben com re warning this week, but might be a good hedge...
