well i myself am a internet "short-hander" and to hell with punctuation when i can just do "whatever works"---- actually i should say i am a typist slob that should say CB's punctuation appears to be pretty good:) rather than annointing it.
btw,i am a one finger typist and this be a major hindrance to precision:) max
