Joe, This is great news, since it means that we don't have to worry about those shares becoming overhead on us sometime next year. It will sure be interesting to find out how DCI was able to keep those shares from coming to market. I assume that this must mean that they will be bought back as you indicated in your note, or perhaps DCI will not be around long enough for them to be sold? Either scenario sounds good to me. (G)

I assume that we could have more Card Call shares and a few from DCI investors nervous about our price action sold, but if that is our only remaining significant overhead, then I would think that better times are ahead for us once those are gone.
