Either way Larry wins.
If no one collects the money, Oracle is 100 times faster than SQL7 period. If Microsoft collects the money by showing that SQL7 is only 90 times slower than Oracle, then for a Mil, Oracle gets to prove that Oracle is that much faster.
Of course, let's hope no Oracle employee can show that SQL7 is only 10 times slower..
