revenue and sales

i don't think i was specific enough in my statements.
cube has extensive development contracts (refer to annual).

revenue was recognized as the company receives payment. look
through the annual. cube currently requires manufacturer's cost upon
contract ordering. sales are recognized when products are delivered.
sales is part of revenue however, sales figures are not adequately
accounted for quarter reports.

cube and nike have the same type of revenue accounting. due to
the fact that a lot of contracts were filled months ago and it requires
a waiting period before the companies can have available production
line to fulfill these requests. they receive manufacturer's cost upon
contract agreement. therefore, accounting numbers regarding sales
and cash inflow is trickier.

do you have any accounting analysis on cube's tax rate change and
how tax cuts will result from the divicom acquisition write-off? i rely
on your expertise on this one.
