The consensus is that acceptance of line 1 cells definitely provides a basis for a contract since it is representative of product made on an automated assembly line with the same techniques as line 2.

The company could have accepted a contract months ago, before the line was completely assembled as a competitor has done and as Valence did about 4 years ago, and we would have already seen a substantial boost in the stock price!

With line 2 testing already completed in Italy and the knowledge that it is less complex and the company is very pleased with its progress, I believe some line 2 cells will be available for testing before too long. Even a few days of testing with results similar to line 1's should provide some confirmation, in my opinion.
