Welcome aboard Jatin - If they can pay Barry Bonds $11 Million a year to play for the GIANTS (I believe he has a six year contract), Novell can pay $20 million to (COO of Oracle) Ray Lane to become the new CEO of Novell! The package must be based on incentive based performance and perhaps three to five years minimum. Sort of like the deal Disney did with Eisoner. Most of the $20 million should be paid in staggard options from the price range of $7.00 to $25. This selection would provide a great 'head coach'.. Denice Gibson would make a good 'offensive' technology director (coach). Maybe a WSN add to this effect might be a good marketing campaign?? EKS
