...A veteran who says he was carrying a concealed weapon on the UCC campus Thursday when 26-year-old Christopher Harper Mercer went on a murderous rampage, says he didn’t intervene because he knew police SWAT team members wouldn’t know him from the shooter.... Of course, you don't want to be the good guy if the perp is armed...you could get hurt. A concealed weapon is best for shooting UNARMED folks like a burglar, a peeping tom, a neighbor or a small child chasing his dog.
