Jack, glad to see you got your RR service. I have had it since last august and have had no problems. They sent me an email earlier in the week telling me the system would be down from 12 - 7 am for system equipment upgrade work. when I first got RR they said they would be constantly upgrading the system to keep pace with technology and demand. I have seen no slowdown or loss of performance since i went online...hope it keeps up! toast.net = 600 for me today max
