mag, did you look in the SR1 & SR2 readme files for issues and/or conflicts? did you read any installation instructions? sometimes they cover version conflicts that you encounter on install. also, i notice that i have a vba32.dll on my win95 machine, but not a vba332.dll. was this just an innocent typo on your part, or maybe you're searching for the incorrect file on the ms site? man, i have to go eat pizza, too. i'll check back. good luck... :) mark
