Jim...before you start asking questions as in your previous post, why don't you take as much effort as we put forth by reading posts 1 - 8000 or so. Lots of constructive criticism and answers. Lots of support for the company...Joe Antol was even pushing Novell with his personal web site for the longest time. After a year and a half of the same old, same old (thats for me...much longer for most), they have proven themselves incapable. The answers are documented over and over again. Don't waste my time. Why don't you tell us why they can't do it. No other Novell employee has explained reasonably the CEO situation either. Further why is all this restructuring, and aquisition talk going on with a CEO and president that aren't even gonna be around in a couple of months. Answer that...defies logic.
You guys can all sit around and paint these pretty pictures, but we have to deal with the BLATENTLY OBVIOUS TRUTH, after disappointment after disappointment. Not just in earnings, but product announcements, advertising, press releases etc. Every time you turn around Joe M puts his foot in his mouth...John Young, well his sole purpose seems to be to say how pleased the board is with Joe M after each earnings.
You otta go join the rose colored glasses thread, unless you plan to read all of our previous efforts on this thread, then ask yourself the same questions you posed to us, and present us your answers.
One last thought, I'm amazed at how comfortable all you Novell folks are with the ongoing internal shakeup, when two of the guys most vocal and most responsible for the company continuing as a stand-alone, don't even plan on being there in 90 days. You guys scare me as much or more than your top management.
