Hi Jim! I think Joe probably has his hands full with all sorts of things to do. I can offer a couple of sugestions, can you tell me what effect these might have ... for example can you do anything about these?

Marketing programs:
1) 'give away' prices ($50) for unsupported IntraNetware for small business 5 user systems ... try to flood the market with them, monitor Windows NT forums, send free samples to frequent posters.
2) Send out more frequent PR to all of the reporters that file stories on NT Server, Intranets, NetWare, etc.
3) Make your PR more obvious in one centralized place on the Web, provide 'cut & paste' text for reporters to use in their stories
4) hire some of the most influential reporters in the Tech Press as 'consultants' ... get them to review your plans, then help them to see how you are really addressing their concerns.

Product plans
1) Produce a 'home server' product that lets PC upgrade buyers use their old PCs as file & print servers ... using existing technology,
sell it for $50 too ... maybe even for $5 to PC manufacturers that are willing to bundle it with new PCs
2) Work with Corel to produce a lowcost knockoff of MS backoffice, let Corel sell it for you

In other words ... get noticed ... get more people looking at your products, you can make money on the 2nd sale to them later ... just try to not lose money on the first sale.
