Dear Tony: Hey, I got one of those "offers" myself in S.F. once. I guess to some people I am "cute". haha. One of my oldest and best friends lives in your area. Over the years his home has appreciated incredibly. I have been begging him to sell and come to Fla where he could buy an even BETTER home for probably 1/4th the price and retire on the balance. Calif. better be careful they dont kill the golden goose with all their taxes and fees. Texas is trying hard also to attract high tech and have had some success I hear. Also hear a lot moving to Utah. JDN
