Bruce, I like the way this contract is written, whereby if Latin Debit Technologies does not meet certain quotas that we are no longer under any obligation to give this party an exclusive. Basically it looks like our reseller is being given a lot of incenitive to produce. With Donnie's past record, I feel optimistic that this 48 million contract has a very good chance of working out for us. JMO. James
