Mike, true, we have a processor in Charleston, and I trust that BC is developing that site to handle feed stock and #2 deisel, while waiting for the permit to operate at 1000 gallons per hour. But there's nothing wrong with Bo and Bill cutting a deal. The Bay City, Texas, site amounts to an in-house, practice run on the assembly of a green machine at a site other than Charleston. A big test, IMO, and I'm sure they'll learn some important lessons. Imagine trying to pull off your first assembly in Turkey.....This way, when the Turkey contract comes along, they'll be ready. Anyone care to speculate on how difficult it is going to be to get permits in Texas? John
