Barrett also promised increased chip speeds, saying the desktop versions would debut at 700-MHz, rather than the expected 600-MHz."> This is an erroneous report. The initial delay was for release in November. Barrett up'd the release to Octobber at IDF, and said the release speed "would have a seven as the first digit." The thread went all through this when this particular report came out. PB
