Your solicitation of "bets" reminded me of something. In 1978 resorts international inc. stock went from $2.50 to $10. on the anticipation of a license award to operate a casino in atlantic city. When there was a delay in awarding the license and doubt entered into the minds of the investors the stock dropped to $1.50. Then the "economic event" occurred. The license was granted and the company booked revenues and the stock saw over $300. a share. No one can predict the future, but lets hope the economic events unfold sooner rather than later.
