Catherine, I have no idea. I trade in & out of this stock once in awhile & I am presently out. Jumped back into Korea. Comparison stocks to watch would be sify, korea, china & to a lesser extent igld. Pcntf has a very low float & tends to make the stock very volatile at times. Not for the faint of heart. Sorry I couldn't be more help.....Rick
