It doesn't take much of a bozo to bottom-fish, after all where can you go but up. And of course once you're rid'n the sucker you pretty well have to tout it til' it either recovers or dies completely.
I'd like to see Kaiser come out with a "May" list of those at 52 week high that are "going to stay their for at least 26 weeks" based on
his great insite.
Like I said, I see where it takes little talent to say that something flat on its back is going to try and crawl.
