Leonard Garment was Rich's main attorney if it is possible to designate one. Rich had many attorneys which is normal for a man like him. Libby was another prominent attorney who represented him. Rich hired Quinn in 1999 to represent him. Quinn is an excellent attorney who just happens to be a democrat with ties to the party...coincidence? (g)
