Space Needed - something like 200 MB free

The QP2 installer wants to see something like 230 MB to install (although less than that is taken up once things are installed - and this space overlaps the presently taken space.). That is, if you don't have about 230MB free it won't install. After installation, I had more space free than I started with.

But I never figured out exactly as my portable didn't have enough space, so I deleted the QP Data to get it. When I reinstalled, I naturally ended up with only the 1996 on data that is on the new disk - and I don't remember how much data I had installed on the original version which was on a separate disk partition and had been deleted anyway.

If you do this, you'd have to reinstall the older data using the 3/31/98 data disk.

In short, I don't think there is much difference between the two once the installation is done.
