Perhaps your question should be directed to Obmber. After all, he and the D party squandered 2 years cramming the Obummercare law through congress rather than prosecuting Bush. Of course at the same time he joined Bush in shoveling $17T to the banksters.

Now he's opening bombing hospitals and weddings with impunity.
