Only if the rebellions where in response to "a long train of abuses and usurpations" that was "destructive" "of the ends of" "certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".

Armed rebellion is known as treason.

Yes. And the American revolution was also treason. That doesn't mean it was wrong.

Armed rebellion against the recognized legal authority is treason. It is also a human right against an oppressive government.
