I was able to short it. My current broker changed the reserve percentage for DIGL from 35% to 50% the same time that Datek stopped making the stock available for shorting. I thought the fact that this was at the same time as the Datek change was curious. I was wondering if someone is trying to temper some of the pressure on the trend reversals.

Even though DIGL has delivered good trading profits on the long side, they don't have a great track record of playing straight with investors.

This is not a stock that I think you could do well on EOD. It seems like a large part of the price action is Gap ups/downs and in the last half hour.

There are a few things that I'm not fully satisfied about with broker I am currently using, (what else is new), so I'd rather not plug them at this point (one way or another).

If you get the sense that a GAP up is becoming a reversal don't hesitate to let me know.

Thanks-
