Why Boy George's Presidency Must Be Squashed Like A Bug

As evidenced by the republicans' posts to this board, they are not the least bit repentent or contrite over the impeachment fiasco. To date, they have received only positive reinforcement with regard to their shameful conduct. In the republicans minds, hounding a democratic president for eight full years and impeaching him for no reason whatsoever is a productive tactic.

The republican party is like a schoolyard bully. If he picks on you, and you do not fight back, he will never stop picking on you. This is why Gore's performance in the second debate was a disaster ... he backed down, and you must never back down from a bully.

The republicans must be punished. Boy George's presidency must be destroyed. Ashcroft must not be confirmed.

It is my expectation that democrat Senators will roll over and play dead with respect to Ashcroft (they will ask some tough questions, but that is all that they will do).

If so, we must make it clear that these incumbent senators will not be supported in the next election. We must insist on a strong democratic party, and if a senator is unwilling to be strong, he must be given the boot.

Boy George's appointments must be met with obstruction at every turn.
