Joe Griffin, I called and left a message but he (Kelly) has not returned my call. I did hear that the $4 million was to be paid in increments of $1 million every 2 months until total of $4 million is reached. Beyond the above, which is not much, I know nothing more. However there does appear to be some trading today, about 13,000 shares with the price still being about 1 1/8. Sorry I do not know more. Later, Irish Jack
