I have owned DCI stock for over a year and have been following this
thread for months; however, this is the first time that I have posted.

I can not believe this bickering and "I'm going to tell on you"
attitude. "Why can't we all just get along?".

DCI and FTEL are independent companies. Both have advantages, however,
together they can be significant. Sure FTEL owns FNET, and it is
Franks company. However, until DCI got into the picture FTEL stock
was not exactly climbing the charts. They have always had great tech
but, the stock price was not moving anywhere. Since, DCI has gotten
involed things have began to move. Is this coincidence? Maybe, maybe
not.

I have had my disagreements with DCI, (1 for 400 split) but, I think
that in the long run this could be well worth the wait.

All I want to say is that together these companies can pull this off
and make us shareholders very happy. So, why bother bickering about
which company is better or second dog.

Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride (long term).

I hope this wasn't too confusing, my first time you know.

Michael
