The modest exploration expenditure at kemiss looks rational, as you have only 2 years to deal with the claims and registering work, and one has already gone by. I expect everyone and his dog have staked all around kemiss, in addition to RYP stakings, so there will also be others lands to inspect.

Fiji, no infrastsructure for power, but 1 billion tons is a biggie.
