MSFT still has a long way to go to achieve the level of reliability and capability to tackle those jobs. But it would be a mistake to think that they will not address the problem eventually, or that their revenue plans count on that market any time soon. Yes, this is the key point. Microsoft is in the game for the long haul. They have tremendous human and capital resources and stability of management. They are like the Terminator - no fear, no greed, and they won't stop until the objective is accomplished.
