John,

Anyone can call OTC compliance so I don't want to create the impresssion that anyone there is my "friend". I have no inside contacts there. (had to provide that disclaimer)

But John, I really don't want to call, nor would I encourage anyone else to do so as I believe it would be conterproductive if OTC feels pressure and I REALLY DON'T want to do anything that will provide an excuse not to grant permission to reenter quotes.

However, I feel that my criteria for asking pertinent questions about trading status will come when either GRNO receives its first progress payment from AMBIX, or locks in additional contracts with cash deposited as progress payments, and that news doesn't result in resumption of a viable and equitable market for the stock.

I truly hope that these are the only criteria necessary for Mmkrs to be interesting in once more making a market. Making a market based on significant news of contracts should create an element of buying pressure that would encourage investors to once more be willing to invest on the belief that this stock has been beaten to death on the pink sheets.

I can't keep anyone from proceeding on their own but I don't feel I want to be the one responsible if my actions create pressure for NASD and OTC compliance.
