Glad to have you back on this thread, and thanks for the e-mails.
I had a chat with PFG this morning regarding their general affairs and focus, so I can answer a few of the questions that you had.
First off the Fantasma offers very good leverage for PFG, and I agree with your points. As far as finding out how they wrestled it away from Corriente, Catherine basically said, when I talked to her last, that PFG was very hungry for it. Apparently she pulled off some wizardry with the director's.
As far as work programs go, they are currently doing land surveys on the property to find the best targets. Once these are defined, a drill program will be undertaken.
As far a Cerro Blanco, it has been put on the back burner for now, as the limited drilling did not show much mineralization. They are trying to spend their kitty wisely, as they feel spending money for fantasma'a drill program and future JV's, as well as having some money left in the kitty for Barricks pending decision are all wiser decisions at this time.
As far as results being issued by Barrick, look for them around the second week of April, as Barrick is paying special attention to analyzing all the data very carefully, before any of it goes to market. This could very well be the turning point and probably will be.
From my conversations with them (PFG) I get the understanding that they are arming their cannons for the month of April, leaving March, a month for them to get their ducks in line.
IMHO Information on Barricks program will be leaked towards the end of March, as they are going through too many steps to eliminate this insider type info. This is when the first bang will occur as insider's
position themselves, as we have seen a few spurts of this already.
