Marc,

I don't think you'll have much luck voting Levine out of office since he owns millions of shares (perhaps even over 50% of the company). But if you do attend this event, be sure to ask him the hard questions that have been raised on this thread (make a list of them), and make sure his answers make sense when you think about them. If something doesn't seem quite right, press him on it.
