Now for some positive news. I have been continuing a series of private conversations with some of Novell's institutional investors. I cannot discuss names here but trust me these are big institutions with mega-shares. Our concerns about Novell having a competent CEO at the helm are shared by these investors. In fact it is their number one concern. I believe Mr. Young and the other members of the Board are not going to be allowed to ignore this problem for much longer. It has also been suggested to me that since the people here know much more than the average investor analytical department about the computer software and networking industry, we begin to focus on some posible names for the BOD. These people should be in the industry, senior level, prominent, knowlegeable, available, and not involved in companies in direct competition with Novell. It has been suggested to me that it would be appropriate to approach the Chair of the Novell nominating committee with such a list for a meeting.
