OBL must be sitting somewhere with a great big smile. Saddam is gone and Iraq is in chaos. A perfect breeding ground for new recruits. A close friend has a daughter and son-in-law that had just returned home to a European base after a year in Baghdad. They were back about a week as of this morning when her ranking officer called her into his office and told her she and her husband will return to Iraq in four days for four more months. She was crying on the phone when she called my friend...................she claims that many mortar rounds fell nightly into the area she was staying in and her husband was out patrolling every day and getting shot at. She is not a fan of the Bush administration and had very nasty things to say about the war, etc............and she is a lifer in the military. She claims this war is a total joke and we have no business being there. The morale has to be terrible from a soldiers standpoint when they don't even believe in what they are doing. It's the relatives of the dead that need to believe their loved ones died for a just cause...........the soldiers know better.
