This is confirmed in the numbers reported.
Revenue decresed by 31M while cost of goods statyed the same from same Q last yr. Which means they sold aprox the same number of boxes but cut the price.

DW said they won't lose a sale on price.
Frank this is what we were concerned with, that EMC is dropping their draws to get a sale and NTAP will have to follow in kind. I agree with the strategy, NTAP needs to protect it's turf and market share. It's just a fact of life we have to live with in a slowdown, that margins are going to get squeezed.
