Adrian-- Did they also cut their rating? Price target? As noted, Volpe Welty did the same thing earlier today. The only reason I can see for any of this is what were considered by some to be disappointing growth in sequential revenues. I'm puzzled, too, as it was Levy who only a few days ago made a great point of explaining how USRX could expect to profit from AOL's shopping binge. And let's not forget that the company's said it's "comfortable" with FY '97 earnings estimates as they stood in December. As far as I know they said nothing last night that would indicate they've changed their minds about that. Unless they've chosen to drop hints here and there... Janice
