Hi Jack, My Hong Kong fund (WEHKX) has been a little unhappy for a few weeks and Mexico Fund (MXF) dropped enough last Friday for me to buy a couple of hundred shares. Next DOW support level in my way of thinking is 9500, but don't know if things will go that far. Yes, the cycles in the foreign sectors are long. So's the long bond cycle. Best regards, Tom
