John-- First of all, they've been saying since August that they would install a new CEO "within six months": that is, by the end of February. End of February arrives, and well, oops, haven't managed it, maybe another month or two. Maybe not. As Steve has said more than once, trust has become an issue. Why should we believe anything they say? Why should anyone? Bye-bye institutional investors. The other thing they should do, and do fast, is make an extremely aggressive effort to convince the tech world that they're still a player, that their products are better than their competitors', that they're moving in new directions, and so on. They still seem to feel they're the 600 pound gorilla: code it and they will come. Wrong. If they want to survive, they need to do quite a lot. Starting NOW. Janice
