I find myself in the same situation as you. (Learning about wireless and looking into WAVC)

My $0.02 . . . WAVC actually has growing earnings, contracts, developing sales in China and Mexico as well as North America. Their recent acquisition of an Australian wireless firm seems consistent with their policy of expanding to become an international player. Let's say I like the story. My main concern is their technology. Their current products use the 900 MHz and 2.4 GHz bands which to my understanding are becoming "crowded" and/or obsolete for this application.(wireless ISP) In an E-mail I sent them, they addressed my concerns by stating they were willing to licence the technology, if needed, to manufacture equipment that might address these perceived (by me) problems.

I hope someone more technically advanced will also answer your post and add any comments or corrections to this post.
