We gotta get this guy on the thread. He'd fit right in(g)

Barbe,

To me the whole thrust of so many of these financial media commentaries I've been reading that this stock and that stock are down 90 or 95% - and that somehow lays out the dimensions of this tech meltdown - is just ludicrous. The way I see it, until large numbers of these stocks simply become worthless wallpaper, are delisted and their companies disappear, we won't be near the end of this "tech wreck".

But what's much more important is the collateral damage and severe biz contractions the demise of so many companies will inflict upon 100s of suppliers, creditors and service providers who depended upon them for a large portion of their own revenues and profits. There's truly an economic domino effect here and a powerful one that's just begun to show up in national economic numbers.

We are talking about a real black hole effect. The gravity of this escalating tech disaster pulling in and crushing an ever increasing number of businesses further and further from the center of the madness as this process continues to feed upon itself.

We'll come out of this Bear Market as we did 73-74 and 81-2, but it's going to get worse before it's finally over.

Easy to see why I like Mannes first sentence best:

"For tech investors, it's hard to imagine things getting worse. But don't worry: They will."
