Someone will buy this company, so I wouldn't consider your position unfortunate or long. I wonder about Microsoft. They own a pretty big stake in WorldCom, which owns MFS which owns UUNET, their competition (and the type of company PSI SHOULD be). PSI has a lot of switches out there, and those are hard assets. I can't imagine that that isn't a pretty attractive prospect to UUNET/MFS/WorldCom/Microsoft, if it can be had on the cheap. This has found a pretty strong bottom. I'll watch it a few more days and look for big trades - in or out -(if anyone sees something I miss, please post the news). If you don't mind trading on takeover prospects alone (certainly not management fundimentals), this is a very strong buy. Finally, I've said this before, but if an RBOC buys this thing, I'm bailing as soon as the momentum wanes. I think your target of 9 is pretty much right (if a little conservative) should this scenerio play itself out. Who in their right mind would go long on a RBOC. John
