I have a son that listens to Art Bell. He works late two nights a week and tunes him in. I have listened to him perhaps a half-dozen times. Ironically, I was in Yuma, AZ at the time of Heaven's Gates fiasco. I had listened to Art Bell the previous night---then followed up by listening the next night---wow---there were many blaming him for the Heaven's Gate incident. Incidentally, the comet that "turned this group on" was particularly visible in that part of the country then. An awesome sight.
"Signs and wonders in the heavens..."
One of these days we will see the ultimate celestial event when we see Christ coming---that is those that are still alive.
As the song writer has penned it: "What a day that will be, when my Jesus I shall see, when I look upon his face and see the wonders of his grace..."
